She is an Organizational Development practitioner who has worked extensively with private sector, SME’s, Government Institutions, NGO’s and Civil Society Organizations where she developed organization strategies, facilitated trainings and implemented community behaviour change projects.
Her areas of specialization include; Private Sector Engagement, Strategy, Leadership, coaching & mentorship, training and workshop facilitation, content and curriculum development, corporate communications, project management and behaviour change.
She is passionate about environmental stewardship, mentorship and women empowerment. She is a 2015 Youth Mentor with UN-HABITAT Urban Youth Fund Project, 2011 MILEAD Fellow and serves as an Advisory Board Member to several Social Enterprises and SME’s.
She holds a Post Graduate Certificate in African Sustainability Leadership (Strathmore University Business School), an Executive Master’s degree in Organizational Development (United States International University) and a Bachelor’s degree in Development studies (Kampala International University)
