To promote increased access to comprehensive rights-based health services to women and girls with great attention to LBQ women in Kisumu and its environs. This will therefore be achieved through the following:

• Provide information and support for access, adherence and retention to integrated Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) services to LBQ women
• Building the capacity of healthcare providers on LBQ women issues
• Improving psycho-social support and ensuring well being for LBQ women and their children
• Integrating LBQ women in health policy forums
• Comprehensive Sexual Reproductive Health education in schools
