M&E capacity-building Training

Our May 19 M&E capacity-building workshop equipped 3W staff with comprehensive knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation and MELAR (Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, Accountability & Research) frameworks. Participants explored the full project cycle—from defining activities, outputs, and indicators to selecting means of verification—while reviewing our newly disseminated 3W Monitoring & Evaluation Plan. Interactive sessions on institutional work plans, budgets, performance reviews, and reporting templates ensure that our team can now seamlessly integrate M&E tools into everyday operations.

By strengthening our M&E systems, we enable data-driven decision-making and transparent reporting across all programs. This foundation not only supports accurate tracking of results but also empowers staff to identify challenges early, adapt strategies, and demonstrate impact to stakeholders. At 3W, continuous capacity building in M&E is central to driving sustainable change and accountability.
